The beginning of Fuste goes back to the decade of 90,
when it was acknowledged the market opportunity in the works of banking
agencies and commercial spaces in the conception-construction model. From this
moment, the range and scope of services supplied has increased, without ever
compromising the core business.
In 1993, given the growth of the market and the wide
diversity of works, Fuste began to focus its activity on the
design-construction model of wholesale and retail commercial spaces, thus
initiating a strong cooperative cohesion with the Jerónimo Martins Group. Since
then, we have developed a solid brand based on the commitment to reach
expectations and gain the trust of customers and, what was initially expected
to be just a need for construction of buildings, later revealed the requirement
for a responsiveness with regard to the maintenance management of these spaces,
as well as the purchase of equipment for the respective operation.
In this way, in 1996 it was encouraged the creation of
GESFUSTE.
Company dedicated to the management and maintenance of
commercial spaces, namely Recheio and Pingo Doce stores, Distribution Centers
and Industrial Units of Jerónimo Martins Group's. An area with high levels of
demand for responsiveness, which involves the development of new solutions
through partnerships in the most diverse and specialized areas.
GESFUSTE begin to monitors each project, ensuring not
only its feasibility, but also the management of compliance with costs and
deadlines and the interconnection with the building's exploitation in an
optimized way.
In 2018, through the intra-group synergies developed,
GESFUSTE enters in Polish market in order to meet the management and
maintenance needs of the stores in the Biedronka chain, a brand of the JM group.
Headquartered in Braga, GESFUSTE is currently an
autonomous company and expert in the fast and specialized maintenance
management of buildings and equipment.
